On the River again

We got up early, and hit the road, er, river.  The weather finally moderated and it was a lovely morning. To top it off, we actually PASSED another boat as we motored down the waterway.  It was a sail boat (of course), but we relished the fact that we could pass anything.

 

The river was filled with beauty.  Sometimes we would see the color change in the trees.

And sometimes we would see trees growing out of the river.

Or a blue heron hanging out on a tree or a buoy.

We finished our day at Cuba Landing Marina in Waverly, TN.  Scooted in just before they closed. My goodness, Paris, and Cuba, all in the same week!  What travelers, we.
